SA543 Grade C in the standard ASME SA543/SA543M is a kind of Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel plates material used to fabric high temperature pressure vessels. ASME SA543 Grade C have two grades or levels. They are : grade B and grade C. SA543 Grade C need to be done the (Quenching + Tempering ) heat-treatment to meet the property requirement in the standard ASME SA543/SA543M.

ASME SA543 Grade C Welding :
Successfully welded by common fusion and resistance methods, this alloy should not be joined by oxyacetylene welding. AWS E/ER630 filler metal is recommended if required.
