SN400A welding structure steel is in the Japanese standard JIS G3136 .SN400A structural steel plate/sheet is used for the structure part with high requirement of mechanical property and welding performance in building, bridge, ship , automobile, pertroleum container and construction vehicles.

Heat treatment of SN400A steel sheet /plate maybe subjected to normalling,quench-hardening and tempering,or tempering as necessary .Further ,thermomechanical control,or appropriate heat treatment may be applied upon the purchase .
